Highbury Basement & Home Renovation

This project involved a full refurbishment of a two-storey property, with a single-storey rear extension and full basement construction. The work required careful planning, structural underpinning and detailed excavation to create a new lower-ground living level.

North Star Building Solutions carried out the internal strip-out, basement excavation, open-space underpinning, reinforced basement shell construction, rear extension works, landscaping and full internal fit-out. The new basement level included a bedroom, utility room, kitchen and WC, giving the property valuable extra living space and a much stronger layout.
