Southgate Family Home Transformation

This project involved the full refurbishment of a four-bedroom family home, along with a single-storey rear extension to create a more open and practical ground floor layout. The existing property needed major internal upgrades, including structural changes, new services, new finishes and improved glazing.

North Star Building Solutions carried out the renovation from preparation through to final finishes. The work included chimney breast removal, new roofing, a full electrical rewire, new bathroom installation, flooring, windows, plastering and decoration. The completed project gave the home a cleaner, brighter and more modern feel while improving the way the space worked for family life.
