Enfield Ground Floor Renovation

This project focused on extending and upgrading the ground floor of the home. The work included a new rear extension, internal refurbishment, utility room installation and external improvements to make the property more practical and better finished.

North Star Building Solutions completed the rear extension with foundations, walls, roof construction, glazing, insulation and final finishes. Internally, the ground floor was stripped out and refurbished with new plastering, decoration and flooring. The project also included a new utility room, patio construction, fencing works and final fit-out to handover standard.
