Kentish Town Home Transformation

This project involved a single-storey rear extension and full refurbishment of a four-bedroom property. The client wanted a more practical family home with renewed interiors, upgraded services and a brighter ground floor layout.

North Star Building Solutions completed the extension, including foundations, walls, roofing, insulation, glazing and finishing works. The full refurbishment included rewiring, plastering, decoration, flooring, bathroom renewals, kitchen strip-out and installation, M&E upgrades, new boundary fencing and final joinery. The finished home felt cleaner, more functional and better prepared for everyday living.
