Palmers Green Loft Conversions

This project involved two loft conversions and the conversion of a large nursery building into 11 flats. The work required major internal reconfiguration, compliance-focused upgrades and a full residential fit-out to prepare the building for occupancy.

North Star Building Solutions completed the loft conversions with steelwork, insulation, roofing, glazing and internal finishes. The wider fit-out included new kitchens, bathrooms, doors, flooring, plastering, decoration and final finishing across the units. The finished project created a practical residential layout with clean, consistent finishes throughout.
