Rear Extension Refurbishment

This project involved a single-storey rear extension with refurbishment works across key areas of the property. The client wanted additional living space, upgraded bedrooms and improved services to support a more practical and comfortable home.

North Star Building Solutions completed the rear extension, including structure, insulation, glazing and finishes. The refurbishment covered two bedrooms with plastering, flooring and decoration, alongside electrical works, plumbing upgrades for the kitchen, bathroom and extension areas, and final fit-out to handover standard.
