Enfield Rear Extension Upgrade

This project focused on extending the rear of the home to create a more practical and usable ground floor layout. The client wanted additional space that could support everyday living, while also improving the connection between the home and garden.

North Star Building Solutions completed the rear extension works, including demolition, foundations, structural preparation and steelwork for the open-plan layout. The project also included an insulated roof system, rooflights, high-performance glazed doors and internal works to form a new WC and utility space. The result was a cleaner, brighter and more functional part of the home.
